As we produce in small quantities, we are unable to offer refunds or change-of-mind returns like larger retailers.

However, we’re happy to offer store credit or a size exchange for eligible items.

Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that:

- Items are unworn and unused
- All original tags are attached
- Hygiene stickers remain in place

Please note:

- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Sale items are final and cannot be returned

Faulty Items

We comply with Australian Consumer Law. If an item is deemed faulty, you are entitled to a remedy, which may include a refund, replacement, or repair depending on the nature of the issue.

Faulty items must be reported within 7 days of receiving your order and must include clear photographic evidence for assessment.

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

Australia: standard shipping $11, express shipping $15. Orders over $150 will receive free shipping.

International: standard shipping $20 (delivery time and rates may vary depending on location).

Fabric: Our Swimwear is made out of 82% nylon and 18% spandex.
